1. Order and agreement. These conditions apply to all orders made via our website megapop.nl.
By pressing the Add to Cart button, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and shipping costs. All prices on the website megapop.nl include 9% VAT and exclude the shipping costs.
All prices, products and information are always subject to change.

​3. Conditions. Megapop.nl has the right to change these conditions, and contents of the shop.

4. Agreement. The agreement between you and megapop.nl is realized at the time that you have placed an order on our website by correctly filling in your personal details and payment (by pressing the confirm button).

5. Proof of assignment / electronic communication. The administration of megapop.nl applies, subject to proof, if proof of the assignment given to us by you and completed payment(s) and the deliveries made by us. Megapop.nl acknowledges that electronic communication can serve as evidence. By accepting these conditions you also acknowledge this.

6. Delivery. The delivery of our products depends on your chosen payment method.
A. Safe online payment with iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Sofort Banking. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
B. Transfer in advance: Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

​7. Download products. Download products cannot be returned.

8. Complaints. Megapop.nl will take all complaints regarding the products delivered in treatment. You can inform megapop.nl via our contact form.
Megapop.nl will make every effort to resolve the complaint and inform you within 5 working days.
